Hi Liz...Congratulations on being overweight!! Woo who, woo who, woo who. Are you doing the happy ? It's quite an accomplishment going from a 47 BMI to 29.6. How much weight have you lost? Keep up the great work.....Paula

Way to go Liz! You should be very proud! You inspired me to do the same thing. I started this at a huge 62.2 BMI . I am terribly happy to report that although I was "Super Obese" (although I am sure there is nothing Super about it) at the beginning, I have now passed through the categories "Super Obese", "Morbidly Obese", and "Severely Obese" to occupy my present 34.4 BMI in the "Obese" category. My goodness who would think that I would be happy as a lark to be labled just plain old "Obese"? Well I am!!!!!!!!!! I will see you in "Overweight" land soon! Keep up the great work! Best, Amy

114 pounds lost - what a great accomplishment. I too really believe you can lose 20-30 more pounds. We're only 9 months postop with plenty of time to lose. You have a great attitude - which I must say is contagious!Paula
