Can you believe we got snow?!?!?! Its cold outside. Last year I was shoveling snow injeans and a t-shirt, right now I am ready to put thermal underwear on. dont you think it is amazing that all that fat we had last year used to keep us so much warmer. Anyway Just wanted to say have a great weekend everybody and Stay Warm! Lee

Hello Lee, Yesterday I went out and the cold went right to my bones.I was shivering and bundled up.This is all new to me ,being cold isn't something I am use to.At 340 pounds I was very warm all the time, went with a light jacket all winter long. This year I am buying a down coat .LOL We don't have snow yet but it sure feels as if it's on its way.I live by Lake Erie in Ohio and the cold wind is something else. Take Care & Keep warm, Trisha

I am from Long Island in New York... what a suprise it was when we woke up this morning. I almost want to say that I would like a few of those lbs back just for the warmth factor. Then I come to my sences.. LOL Lee

I know exactly how you feel. I live right in the middle of the mitten and it has been horribly cold for me. I have been holding on to some fuzzy pajamas from before surgery cause I have been layering them on at home. I probably look pretty silly, but if my son or husband say anything about it, all I have to do is slip my "icy fingers or toes of death" onto their warm skin and they shut right up. I will definitely be investing in some thermal underwear this year. If I don't start to warm up on my own pretty soon, I may be thinking about moving south...I hate being so cold!! Dorothy

Hi all. Dorothy - moving south won't help you at all!! I live in the central valley of California and I am wearing a sweatshirt over my PJs. Plus I bought some thermal socks to keep my toes toasty in bed. I was born and raised in Chicago. And, although I miss watching the snow fall - I don't miss shoveling or the bone chilling wind factor below zero or driving to work on a icy freeway. Have a good weekend, I'll be shivering with you. .....Paula

Wow, snow already. Seems impossible. We are now living in AZ and abuot a week ago the news said that Flagstaff got snow and that the ski areas would be opening soon!!!! Glad I live in Phoenix area. It gets colder here at night, but nice in the daytime so far. Definitely colder with losing this weight. Mary

I'm ready for snow. I'm not ready for the cold. I've lost my free insulation. I have stocked up on thermals and thick socks. Layering my clothing already. I'm hoping this PA winter is kind. I'm cold already. Denise
