Happy Birthday to Me.

Hi everyone today is my birthday and I didn't think last year that I would have been this size today. I was a size 26 last year and now I am down to a 12 that is the greatest gift I could have ever asked for my health. I am no longer on any medications such as blood pressure and insulin resistance the only thing I am on is medication for my thyroids. Even though today is my anniversary of my birth I was reborn on February 23, 2004 and thank my surgeon for doing a wonderful job. It is a wonderful feeling that I know you all can relate to losing weight and rediscovring yourself and feeling healthier. THanks for listening. I am feeling great. Oh and I almost forgot my hair is finally growing back I have a good inch of new growth on my head!
