I am excited....

I went to my family doctor yesterday after being on vacation for 2 weeks. I had weighed in with her on September 13th and was at 294...160 pounds lost since my surgery on Feb. 4, 2004. Yesterday I found out I had lost another 32 pounds in just 22 days for total of 192 pounds in 8 months! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the scale. I had just taken some pants to the tailor to be altered ( too big in the waist, if you can imagine!) and I have lost 20 inches in my waist! This has been a tremendous experience for me and I can't wait to have my arthritic knees replaced next year and get back to doing all the things I couldn't do for years!!

Ken, funny I guess...but I could sense your excitement in your post. Life is good. Life is great! Now that there is less of us around. Glad to hear you are so excited and pleased with your INCREDIBLE weight loss. Denise
