scale finally moved
Hi all well the scale finally moved again. I lost 7-8 pounds this weekend. I have been using fitday and have watched my protien and carbs and it has really helped. I still get to many carbs but I am watching it daily. I get about 800-900 cal a day. I still walk 2 miles daily. Anyway I just wanted to keep everyone posted. Thanks for all the suggestions.
