HI EVERYONE!
Hi. It has been awhile since I have posted. I was just wondering how everyone has been doing. So far for me I am fine and am looking to do more though, I haven't been going to the gym since I don't have a babysitter and I have been working out at home doing regular house chores with a kick in it or you can say prolonging my chores to get that excersize in. I am putting my daughter in daycare in October and hopefully I can get a half hour in. My 2 year old son is going to Dominican Republic with his grandmother for 2 months to see other family members so I will only have my daughter and 2 other boys one 8 and one 15. They can stay with my mother until I pick the baby up who is 1 then go pick them up go home and cook for my family. My husband works late and he usually gets home by 8p.m. or 9 p.m. It will be hard at times but that is something I am willing to do. I have gotten this far. My worst fear is gaining back the weight, some people take this tool for granted and start eating away at their sucess and fall back into that horrible cycle where they began. I don't want to be like that. Thanks for listening to me babble.

Sounds like you have worked around the obstacles ... that is great. Exercise can be hard to find time for BUT once we start doing it, it is amazing that we want to find time to do it too. When I first started exercising, I used to get up and move during commercials. I figured any exercise was better than no exercise at all. Soon, it became easier and easier to do and to find time for it too.

It's true, exercise is one of those things that we just have to make the time for. It never just happens on its own, and free time ends up lost.
It's good you're figuring out ways to make this work for you. You've done wonderfully thus far, and I'm sure you will continue with your success.
