Need Help!!!!!
Ok well I have done great up until the last month. I am down 105 pounds and have been stalled since August. Partly my own fault. I had an extremely rough month, I lost my 15 year old sister on August 10th. It was an accident and she was killed instantly. It was just horrible, it really is just setting in. I have been eating such crap lately, I haven't over eaten but I just have been eating the no no foods. Any advice to get back on track? I am seeing a therapist to work on the head issues, but am looking for any suggestions on getting back on track. Thanks!

My deepest sympathies to you and your family. It has to be difficult to lose a loved one like this.
What helps me stay on track is to not bring junk items into the house, just too tempting even if I can only eat a little. I try to keep good choices on hand and protein bars help a great deal too. They give me an acceptable treat.
Exercise helps ease depression too, so maybe walking, swimming etc would help.

My heart goes out to you and your family. I know it must be hard to lose a loved one in any way. As far as your getting back on track, only you can do that. I know that we are all human and at times make bad mistakes, eating those things we know we shouldn't. However, that was yesterday. Each new day, I try to put away those old guilt feelings and pick up the positive attitude that "today I will try to do better". Just get back on the band wagon. I'm glad you are seeking help for the other issues. Sometimes just sounding out with a professional really does help. God bless you, comfort you and keep you.
I am sorry for your loss.I sort of know what you are going thru, I loss my brother just prior to surgery and it is difficult to deal with. Just take it a day at a time and before you eat something try to think of your goal and then determine if what you are about to eat will help or hinder your success. That is what I do. Take care & God Bless You
