Are you exercising?
Hi Mary,
I'm pretty sure everyone knows my answer to this question - YES.
I run 5 days a week. I try to make it 5 miles, sometimes I only make it 4.
I'm still losing, too, though slowly.
By the way, I have felt better the past couple of days, so maybe it was a freak thing that won't ever come back. I'm still getting the ultra sound done just to be sure though.

I have to be honest. I am a member of a gym and haven't been there due to work and childcare issues but I do try to implement my workout at home while doing chores and cooking. I will purposely at times take one item out of the dryer at a time when I bend to get a piece of clothing I squat. And when I am cooking I will get one thing out of the refrigerator and take it to the kitchen that is how I get my walking in. I also lift the cans those are my weights. I chase my kids when we play that is my cardio. I get it in every chance I get but not in a regular routine. Anyone have any more suggestions on how to do more then please let me know?

I workout at Curves three days a week. I liked it so much that I work there now. I ride my bike to work and on alternating days. I set goals for biking and when I feel ready I do it. I also kayak now. I made them measure the hole so I knew up front that I would fit. Since my first time I have been four more times. I live in Victoria, BC Canada which is on that huge island on the southwest coast of Canada dipping down into Seattle. I live on the southern tip. So, water sports it is. My hubby went with me on Sunday and he was surprised as to my strength. I never thought that exercise would stop being a 4-letter word to me but it has. I will always work out. Exercise has always been the reason I have failed before. I won't quit it now.
