New picture, new britches and now maintenance?

Well, I've made it to the century club...one pound over...and have reached the stage where I start getting requests to go for an appointment with the dietitian and stern lectures from my surgeon! Stop losing weight! And how do I manage that? I ask. I'm going in for a meeting with the dietitian on Saturday to learn how to eat enough calories so I (1) don't lose any more and (2) don't gain any at all! Wish me luck...sounds terrifying to add more food into my life. Hope you all have a great day! Cheers, Rusty 5'6" 244/143 Tops:22-24/10 Bottoms:22/4-6

Hi Rusty, I'm a couple inches shorter than you and still have about 24# to go to get to my goal of 130, but I'm starting to have some of these worries as well. I'm still losing weight and eating as much as I think I should considering intense exercise. When I run I already eat 4 times a day and have at least one snack, sometimes 2, so I'm also nervous about adding more food because it seems like I'm already eating a lot. My biggest problem is I don't count calories and don't have the patience to do so. Let us all know when you come up with a good solution. Linn -87#
