6 months feeling great

I am down 89lbs and feel like a new person. I only wish I did this sooner. Had no complications, or problems after surgery. started at a size 28 and now I'm closing in on an 18. I'd like to get down another 40 by my B-day in Jan. Ann

Ann, Isn't it wonderful! I'm always happy to hear how well people are doing and feeling. I'm convinced that another 40# loss is certainly doable by Jan. if you keep working hard at it. I'm hoping to reach goal by Feb, which is a little less than 30# to go. Keep on taking care of yourself and visit the Feb. board often. Linn 241/158/130
