6 MONTHS AND COUNTING
I AM 6 MONTHS OUT AND HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 53 OF THE 82 I HAD TO GET OFF. I EAT JUST ABOUT ANYTHING JUST SMALL PORTIONS AND I STAY AWAY FROM THE SWEETS! MY HAIR IS COMING OUT, BUT MOST DAYS I FEEL GREAT, I HAVE WENT FROM A 22 TO SIZE 12. JUST REMEMBER THAT FROM 6 MONTHS OUT THE EATING HABITS YOU DEVELOP IS WHAT IS GONNA SET YOU FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.....I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GET ENOUGH BROCCOLI/ONIONS/DILL PICKLES, ETC. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE!!!

You're right about the eating habits, etc. These are what are going to keep us at goal when we get there.
My doc told me that where I end up at this point is up to me. It's just going to take working a little harder than it did at the beginning, and keeping up with the good food choices and exercise.

Congratulations on your loss. Only 29 to go. WOW!
You are so right about developing new life style habits for the rest of our lives. I try to stress just that to "newbies" at my local support group. Someone asked me just the other day when she can eat pizza. All things in moderation, but if it's a trigger to old habits it's a problem you don't need to subject yourself to. She'll need a little support!
I hope, no I should say pray, that the new habits I have developed will carry me forward.
