Carbs - are they part of your life?

I have to admit that I do eat crackers more than I should. Today for lucnch I had tuna salad with 4 saltine crackers. I also had a graham cracker for a snack. I find that certain times of the month I chose crackers more... I can not really tolerate bread. I can eat a bite or two of the crust or if it is toasted but no soft rolls or biscuits unless I want an upset tummy. Don't get me wrong - I am not complaining - bread was my weakness pre surgery. I would have picked hot bread over just about any other food! I do miss cereal though and tried some of the low carb stuff. It is OK and high in protein but it is made with soy flour and that can be gas producing. I like it for a change though. I will have to try goldfish - that would be a good snack for traveling.
