Your Top 3 best things
Hey everyone,
With our great weight loss I know everyone's health has improved and that would be the number one thing we would be thankful for. So, besides our health what are the top three things you are thankful for since your weightloss...??
Mine are
1. being in control of the food instead of visa versa
2. shopping in regular stores and wearing new styles
3. being looked at as a normal person
Have fun!

This is a great topic! My 6 month anniv is tomorrow and I get weigned on Friday. It's been an AMAZING 6 months, and every day I count all of my blessings!
My top 3 right now are similar to yours:
1. Being in controll of food and drinks (I'm a former Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew addict!)
2. Fitting into my smaller clothes/being able to shop at most regular stores.
3. Not being the largest person in the room (I started at 421.5 lbs) - and knowing that I'm still large, but I'm losing everyday!
1. Shopping - It could be my new worst habit, but at least it's mostly at the Goodwill and Salvation Army. Who knew that skinny people threw away such great clothes?
2. Just being normal..not the largest woman in the room, family, etc.
3. The way I feel about myself and how it's positively reflected in my relationships with my husband, kids and coworkers.
Great idea for a post. Let's see...
1. Having a better chance at seeing my daughter grow up into a happy, healthy young woman.
2. No more "chub rub"... think panty hose and the insides of your thighs. I am anti pantyhose in the summer, so we'll see what cooler weather brings, I hope NOT chub rub.
3. My renewed and rejuvenated love life with my husband.
Congrats to everyone on their 6 month anniversary!
My top 3 things I am thankful for include:
1) Having a great self image. I am so much more positive than I ever was before about my looks and overall ability
2) Wanting to be in pictures with friends and family (I was always the one taking the pictures)
3) Feeling "normal" when I shop, fly, go out
Best wishes to everyone!

Great topic...so many things, so many things...at this time they are:
1. Ability to walk with energy; (no more waddle) without pain and shortness of breath.
2. Feeling better about myself and living a life, not merely existing.
3. Fitting in clothes and looking good, not just wearing whatever covers the body!
