Spent My birthday In The Emergency room

Happy belated birthday, Trisha!! I"m so sorry you had such a bad one. Unfortunately I spent your birthday in the ER as well. It seems that brown recluse spiders find me yummy!! This is the 2nd time I've been bitten in a month. For the last few days I haven't felt like eating much and not gotten in my protein. My hair started falling out after only 3 days of insufficient protein. I have upped and upped it since then and seem to be doing better now. I guess we tend to forget how vulnerable we still are and how very important it is to meet our protein and water needs. This proves to us all how we can't just let it slide even for day or 2 or 3. Hello Stacy, WOW twice in one month.........OUCH. I hope you are feeling better. Your hair will grow back so don't worry to much. I was so freaked out because my hair had thinned out severely but now I have alot of baby hairs all over my head. My hair is growing back in YEAH! I am so happy.
