It's a "Onederful" day ....

Had a doctor's appt this morning and I heard this big "CLUNK" as they moved the scale weight DOWN, DOWN, DOWN to 199 !!!!!!!! I almost cried. I haven't weighed this little since high school. (funny how I can think of 199 as "little"). She said I was doing great. She has been my PCP for years. Today she said she never realized I had been heavy my whole life and how happy she was for me and my success. So I have officially joined the members of the "Onederful" society whose members' weights all start with a one. Just had to share. Mary 305/199/125???

Candy Twobeautiful is cool ... I remember when I hit the twos again and was soooo happy. Life is GREAT no matter what our weight because each day we are getting better and better. Mary

Mary, Way to go I am very happy for you and I too am looking foward to the two's but I have a ways to go for that. I too am 100 pounds lighter but I know I am half way there. dance: Do you have a recent picture? If yes you should post it. Keep up the good work!!! Jill

Jill, if you go to my profile it shows a before photo as well as the photo taken about a month ago. But nothing taken this month yet. Will try to update soon. We are in the midst of escrow (sold our home) so things aren't where they are suppose to be cause we packed it. LOL. Mary
