When should I be concerned?

Good evening all. I went to my PCP and my OB/GYN last week. I started taking Lexapro for depression and the patch for birth control. Since starting these meds, I haven't lost a single pound. I am ready to rip the patch off and quit taking the lexapro. My question is, how long should I give it until I start thinking about other options? kim
