TODAYS ENTRY IN MY PROFILE!!
Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein drink. I get mine at www.dpsnutrition.net. I order and have it in 2 days. It tastes like a peachy orangy drink. You mix it with water. Has 23 grams of protein, no carbs, and only 90 calories..
To add some zing, I mix mine with all different flavors of either sf koolaid or crystal light. This way I don't get stuck with the same thing all the time. And when you mix it with 64 oz, you barely taste the protein. Makes it easier to go down when diluted. Personally, this is the ONLY protein drink I use. I didn't like the rest.

thats great. I am going to try your trick if you don't mind. I have been having a horrible losing streak lately and it is really bumming me out. I don't kknow if I could do the 64 ounces three times a day but I'll give it a try. LOL. I'll get on that protein train on Monday..

what I do is I do not let myself eat until I drink the 64 oz. And I do it in 30 minutes. Don't forget though, my 64 oz is 64 oz of sf crystal light with 1 1/2 scoops of fuzzy navel protein. I didn't want to just drink nothing. So I am getting over 90 grams of protein a day.

I have not lost any weight in over 6 weeks. I am at 60 pounds and cant budge. I am going to try your trick. When I read other peoples stats I get a little dissappointed that I have only lost 60 when others are at 80-100. HELP. I never post on this site also- I usually go to the state message board but I.m liking this here. Thanks

Honestly, this is the best forum on the boards. Everyone here is so great.
please don't get discouraged. I know that is better said than done. But all you need to do is find what works for you. I got this idea from someone who has been through this. Actually two people. I just find that I was eating too much and the worng things. I went from 20 carbs a day in the beginning to 50-60 carbs a day having no breads! That was mostly from fruits and veggies. So if this is what it takes to get to goal, I'll do it and then when I need to maintain, I can add things in.
