My Gosh, when will it stop??
Last week at support group ... the conscenus is that we won't go bald, but that the lost/shedding last 3 to 4 months. Many talked of the new growth coming in and how different it was from their normal hair as it is so short and so much coming in. So there is hope that it will end and regrow.
My plan is a wig IF I need to. I have very thin hair. Mine is falling out, but not horribly. I notice it, no one else has yet.

STILL falling out and looks awful...It's very thin. I've always worn it short, so I got it cut REALLY short and am now wearing a hair piece, called hair magic by Revlon where you pull some of your own hair through to match. It's great, only weighs .35 oz. and adds alot of fullness on the top. The only downside is that I have to keep coloring my own hair to be sure the color is EXACTLY right and I'm neurotic about it because I don't want anyone to notice.
But...if the hair loss doesn't stop SOON, I'll have to resort to a full wig. Can't wait for it to begin growing back in. When is that supposed to start exactly?

Mine started to fall out about two months ago, and now it is finally slowing down - thank God! I have noticed that my hair is thinner (can wrap a ponytail holder around three times instead of the normal two). I have alos found mine in weird places - even the clothes dryer in little clumps. I started to take Biotin, and I am not sure if it really helped, but I can tell you that my nails are the strongest they have ever been!
My hair is still falling out, but it seems as though it is only a little bit more than usual.
Best of luck!!
