85# and 7 pants sizes

At 4.5 months I am now down 85# (been on a bit of a plateau) but have lost 7 pants sizes (from 62 down to 50 this morning) and have lost 6 inches in my neck. My shirts, which were 4XL (with a 22 collar) are now 1XL with a 17 collar. What a difference!

That is an awesome accomplishment Ray!! You should be very proud of yourself!! Plateaus do not last forever and I know that they sap the joy out of you, but try to be patient and it won't be long before you see some more great results. Don't let the scale defeat your happiness.... Keep up the great work, you really are shrinking at an amazing rate, Dorothy
