This is cool. I ALSO met my husband online. (After first breaking it off with Satan himself). My claim to fame, well, here goes 1. I am a 14 year Jaycee 2. I have won every high honor set forth by my Jaycee state at a younger age than almost anyone else 3. I preformed in an opera 4. I spoke to a National Convention in competition in front of about 100 people 5. I have won numerous local, state, and National Jaycee awards. Geez, soundslike I am bragging. Met my husband on a cruise to Alaska ... The love boat (Pacific Princess). We got engaged 3 weeks later and married 3 months later. That was almost 18 years ago.

ok, so meeting my spouse online is not as unique as I thought... hmmm I'm the only one on the board who's mother is from Colombia, South America and met my father while she was a foreign exchange student in 1963.

Hey Girl...my ex is from Colombia. My kids are half Colombian. We went there back in 97. Flew into Bogota and then went to Montenegro which is outside or Armenia. I LOVED the country and people!!!!! Have you been there? Joanne

unbelieveable. I'm 1/2 Colombian. My last visit was i***** We stayed in Medellin and visited Cartagena. My family lives in Medellin (Rionegro), Bogota, Cartagena and Baranquilla. My parents were just there in April. I want to go back badly and take my husband and daughter. One of the most beautiful places on earth!

I met my husband online too lol. We've been married 8 1/2 years. We got married in Vegas, but im sure im not the only one lol. Claim to fame.. hmmm...i really cant think of anything! I used to sing, on tv and at concert arenas... but i havent done that in a good 10+ years.
