Hi Everyone; Really, I feel a ton better now that I know what was causing me to be so sick and in such pain for the past 2 months. I had a stricture at the bottom of the pouch leading into the sm. intestine. They balooned it and they also found a large ulcer in the lower intestine . I am on meds for that. I felt so much better after they opened it up. I have lost about 95 pounds in 18 weeks. I am finding that now that I am lifting weights, I am not loosing as I am re-distributing pounds now. It is a whole different life now that I feel better about myself and feel like living. My partner is adjusting as well. I am almost the size I was when we meet 6 years ago. I think my partner is now getting worried a bit and he gets jealous and may be getting a bit insecure. Lovin life and feelin great. You all be good.

Craig, My surgeon had me on Pepcid for 3 months following surgery. He has all of his patients do this in hopes of preventing ulcers. Did your surgeon do that for you? I know many surgeons don't. I hope you will feel better each day. Your weight loss is fantastic!!! Congratulations. Sorry to hear about the adjustment issues for your partner. Just keep reminding him how much you care. My hubby is doing great with all the changes I'm going thru which is great. Mary
