THIS SURE FEELS GOOD!

I just had to drop in to let my OH family know that I am feeling so good right now. My family and I travelled down to Disney for the holiday and a week in the sun (or should I say rain). Things have gone so well for us and I am doing great. As you may know, my daughter had surgery a few months after I had mine. Anyhow, we have been able to keep each other going with our protein and water. She has lost so much weight that she can hardly wear the clothes she has. Both of us purchased new clothes for the trip and man was that a mistake. Our clolthes are now too big. Of course, we only came with them, so we have to wear them. But MAN DOES IT FEEL GOOD! I got a new swim suit in a 3x with a little skirt and it is a little loose. If you only knew how long it's been since I could wear that size. It may still seem really big to some of you, B U T, oh well..it sure feels good. Got to get back to my vacation. Everyone enjoy your holiday and keep up the good work! 359/295??

How exciting and wonderful for you. I think you are doing great and I applaud you and your daughter. What a great support team for each other. Are you at Disney World?? We have seen rain in Los Angeles, so hope it is not raining at Disneyland. Wherever you are, hope you get some sunshine too. Mary
