Hello, I was just wondering how much, some of my fellow 4 monther's, can eat? I can eat a whole 6 oz container of yogurt and drink 8 ozs of water( not at the same time) like nothing. did i stretch my pouch out already??? Is this normal? I have also eaten a small( 5oz) banana but i was completely full afterward, i just don't know if this is normal this soon out? I have lost 68 pounds so far and i was just wondering were some of you are at. Thanks Chrissy

Hi Chrissy, I can eat somewhere between 4-6 oz. of just about anything now. I bring leftovers to work in a 6 oz. custard dish and that's just about right for me. Remember too, that yogurt is soft and will go through the pouch pretty quickly as well. As far as the drinking goes, I bet the water is just going right through. I can also drink a lot in a short amount of time. So...I think you're pretty normal, 'cause I think I am as well. I'm down a little more than you, but in the same ball park Linn 241/173/130

I think I eat the most here. Breakfast this morning was Hood Carb Countdown Yogurt mixed with 10 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/8 cup of Crunchy Go Lean cereal and 3 packs of splenda. Usually though dinners consist of about 5 oz of meat or 4 oz with a few bites of veggie. Lunch is usually protein shakes or 3 oz of meat. breakfast is big now cause it is strawberry picking season so I eat a lot of strawberries. Soon it will be over and I will go back to not having them until next year. Joanne

Chrissy, The yogurt goes thru your system pretty quickly, like a fluid would so you would be able to eat more of it than other foods. My tummy still goes thru stages of being able to eat a lot and then the next day just a few bites. Some days I can eat a whole egg with a little cheese melted on it with 1/4 slice of bread, then the next day 1/2 of the egg. The other night I had chicken marsala when we went out to dinner. I ate 1/2 the breast with a tiny bit of salad. Yesterday I cooked the leftovers and could only eat about 1/3 of the 1/2 breast and was stuffed. Not sure what makes the difference. I never know...it's different every day. One day at lunch this week, I could only eat 1/2 a small Wendy's chilli and 3 french fries (taken from my husband!) Then last night at dinner, I ate half the table... the meat off a small drumstick and thigh; 1/4 cup green beans, 1/2 dill pickle spear, 1/2 biscuit, 2 bites of chicken & dumpling, 2 bites of cottage cheese. See Joanne? You don't eat more than everyone else! I just figure some things go down better or chew down to mush. This morning, all I've had is a protein shake and I'm not experiencing any hunger at all. Julie -69

I am right there with you. Today I had a protein drink for breakfast, 1/2 of the 1/2 chicken salad at Ableebees and then a taco and some chips for dinner. Not making the best choices right now. I try to do more protein. Then when I got home tonight I ate 1 1/2 cups of zuccinni/squash and stewed tomatos - it is my favorite summer meal. Just feel like I have been eating all day.

I thought I was the only one who's food intake varied a lot. Some days I am not hungry, can eat very little and nothing sounds tasty. Yesterday was a day like that. Today I am the opposite. I have been hungry all day. I can't seem to get enough food. Does anyone know why this happens or is it just a wls mystery? Linda -59
