Well my scale moved this morning. I was so pleased. I had not lost a single pound in 20 days. I just knew it would be a full 21 days making it 3 weeks, but I was pleasantly surprised when it moved this morning. I hope your scale moves for you today! Hugs, Debbie -53

Congratulations Debbie I am stuck as well and have been fluctuating w/ 2 pounds. I have been on about a 20 day plateau as well. I have been neglecting my exercise and I hope that this will restart my weight loss; I just got to get into it as I was before surgery. Good luck continuing your weight loss Debbie, I am rooting for you and others like us who loose more slowly. Lulu -54

I'm so glad to see that everyone else has been having issues with the scale not moving! I was beginning to think mine was broken....my exercise has remained relatively constant, if not increased, and I had kept up my water, protein and vitamins. In reading many of the other posts, it's interesting to see the varying doctor recommendations regarding carbs. My surgeon hasn't told me to not have carbs, rather she's told me, always get my proteins in first, if I have room for the other stuff, then try it. So that's what I've been doing. Granted, I do have 2-3 pretzels on some days, while watching tv in the evenings. But doing well otherwise. I think my scale finally started moving, but am much more comfortable in hearing that everyone else is having the same issues.... Michelle
