FRUSTRATED
Girl I agree you are WRONG. YOU WILL LOSE more weight. Remember this is a plateau something that you will overcome. Instead of thinking that this is the end remember how far you have come and how far you will go. This journey is far from over, it is just beginning. What can you do now that you couldn't before? Think about all those things as little as they may seem for others, they are huge accomplishments for us. For example, going up steps, I don't think twice before I go upstairs because I don't lose my breath as I did before. You fit into a 14 and hey I am just fitting into a 16. You are doing wonderfully. Just keep up the great work. It will keep coming down.

P.S. Get rid of the clothes that don't fit you in your closet, you wont and don't need them anymore.
(((HUGS))) Girlfriend! I haven't lost a single lb. in the past 20 days. I have to see my surgeon on the 23rd. I dread seeing his expression. Sigh... Be glad you are in a 14 at 212. I'm in a 16 at 177. Those extra 8 inches gives you more room to spread it out. LOL
I'm frustrated too, but know I'm not through, but it still stinks big time, that three weeks have gone by and no loss. That is nearly a whole month. We'll get through this.

Joanne: I have been following your efforts / frustrations because of your moniker "danlovesme". Just catches my eye as I scan the boards. I know that you have "adjusted" water, exercise and the like, how about if you change your exercise routine??? Try just cardio for a week, then add some weight bearing exercises, then just some stretching for flexibility. Got to keep up the water, limit the salt and kill the carb's if possible.
I have just gotten back to the "Y" for some swimming and recline biking. Less stress on the feet for me.
Keep up effort level up....you'll see results. (Get rid of the "large" clothes 'cause you ain't gonna need 'em)
Be Well,

Ok, had a Kevin Costner moment there...I too haven't lost in 2 weeks and am kinda frusterated but at least you are in a 14. I am 5'3.5" and am still in a 24. (My best friend did suggest to stretch me though) Your pictures are great you are funny and bright. I am still over 200lbs, so you are doing great
