4 month update
As of today I'm 4 months out with a total lost of 70 pounds. There was a lost of 72 pounds, but I packed back on 2 pounds over the last 2 day. I know what I did wrong, for some reason I spend two day snacking on nuts, suger free jelly beans, pork skins and frui****er, not to mention I had my regular meals also. Bad, Bad me. I only have two more months until my 6 months and they say the weight loss really slows down then. So I have to make the best of these last 2 months before the real fight to lose begain..... I don't think I'll lose the 30 pounds needed to reach my 100 pound mark by then, but maybe I can lose half of that. And away I go.... 221

Way to go.. you can make that goal, its not that drastic any more....
I can relate to the problem with the pork rinds... they are my downfall. If I bring them in the house, they call me till they're gone. Why is it I can't eat but a few bites of most stuff, but I can put away a bag of pork rinds with no problem???
