New squishy spot
The most recent squishy part of my body is now my rib cage. Ick! I went and bought a one-piece foundation garment just to hold everything where it needs to stay. Am I the only one feeling like there's spongy fat/skin hanging over my waist?
Do you think ultimately the fat will disappear and we'll only have skin to wrestle with?

I have squishies all over. And they're getting worse as days pass. My least favorite are the squishies above my knees. Well.. maybe they're the ones that spread to the side when I sit. Or like Debbie... the truck tire around my middle. I've considered an armor girdle, but I'll wait till I lose more, I'm sure suits of armor are not cheap and I don't want to be buying them every month!
You aren't alone
Squishily yours,

Julie, relax...you are not the only one with those squishy spots. It is very common among us loosers. Have you experienced all those bones you haven't seen in years showing themselves to you? My tailbone is sticking out so far that I need a pillow to sit in the pews at church. Guess I need one of those buttlifts (maybe I'll get a JLo type). Oh well, the small things that go with weightloss and good health are worth the trouble.
Julie,
I have a big squishy spot on my tummy....yuck. My least favorite is my arms...I swear I'm gonna fly away one day...
You look amazing.
I think ultimately 1 day we will all be in glory and all this will be for naught but since we are here I guess I will succome to the pressures of society and will go ahead and have the plastic surgery. Course have to lose another 100 lbs first. (sigh) I'm getting smaller but my skin is getting bigger...It's not fair

I also believe that we're here for a limited time before going home, but you know, I also believe that by getting rid of the some of the weight and being healthier, I'm free to do those things I'm called me to do and be more actively involved in ministry.
I don't know if I'll actually "need" plastic surgery since I've only got a total of 112 pounds to get to the surgeon's goal weight. One of the women on the main board is a physician who said that for every 100 lbs of weight loss, you can expect 6-8 pounds of skin left behind and that if you're fortunate, it will be distributed evenly across your body. I may "want" it if my stomach is any indication of where this is going, however, I'm 45 and I don't really care if I have fabulous abs...not going to be showing them to many people and my husband loves me just the way I am.
Aren't you glad we're not nudists?
