Cool Tool!
Hi Guys! I dont post much but I do read many of yours. I feel I have found something cool to share with you all. I know you all can use the computer so you ought to like this. It is a food and exercise diary. I found it on www.calorieking.com. You down load the software and away you go! You dont need to be online to use it. It is so cool. You tell it your nutritional goals and it graphs them out on bar graphs and tracks it for you. It has a huge data base of foods so all you have to do is point and click. It has a data base for exercise too. It also tells you your net calories in a day. I love it. I love it. I love it. I hope it is something you can use! I am down 65lbs! I am half way to goal! I am super excited about my new life!
