Has anyone else been very, very tired the last couple of weeks? Just this past week, I find it nearly impossible to stay awake past 9:30 and that's not like me. I'm taking my vitamins, b12, etc. and getting plenty of water and protein, but I'm still dragging. Any suggestions to up the energy level? Julie -64

I have been feeling the same way lately. But I think that mine is because of my iron levels. I would call my doctor and ask them for some additional labs. I hope you get back to your old alert self again. Annette -59

Thanks. I thought the same thing so I had new labs drawn this morning. We'll see what they say.

Look at you Miss -64lbs! Yes, I've been tired too. I've been pretty good about my pills this week and getting my water in. I don't know what it is. I might need more protien??? I get in the bed at 9:30 and put the timer on for the news at 10:00... I never get to the news. Debbie still holding at -52

Julie, I don't know if your weather has been as bad as ours, but all the rain and gloom can do it to me. I haven't felt tired that much lately, but if I sit still in front of the TV.... ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I was going to mention the iron levels, but someone already did and you've had labs drawn. Mine came back fine last time, so it can't be that for me. Hope you get more energy soon. Windy/Pat

My butt has sooooo been dragging lately too!!! I went to see the dr today (a little late 3 mo check up) & he didn't seem to concerned about it. I asked about getting my labs done & he said to just "stick it out" for awhile longer & see how it goes. He did tell me to exercise more first thing in the morning - to get more energy throughout the day. I hope everything turns out ok on your bloodwork . . . let us know . . . . . Amanda -50

I'm in the tired boat, too. It's been the last 2 wks for me. This might sound odd, but my problem isn't so much lack of energy as it is lack of stamina. I feel pretty good for most of the day, but if I do anything physical like exercise, I'm wiped out for the rest of the day. This Friday I have a follow up with my surgeon. He's gonna review my blood test results with me. Perhapes he'll have some suggestions (or at least explainations). It can't be a coincidence that all of us are feeling the same way. I'll keep you posted. Best wishes Darrin

Julie, I'm doing fine. In fact, lots of energy. We have been spending hours each day packing the last two weeks because of interior painting and I've outdone my husband each day by hours. I was really surprised. Good idea to have the labs checked. Mary
