4 month anniversary

Hey ya'll, this is my first post here. I have responded to a few--mostly just read. I post a lot on the NC message board. I am 16 weeks post op today. I am -70 lbs & - 55 3/4 inches. On the day of my surgery I was wearing size 30/32W. Today I am in a size 18 W comfortably & can get a size 16 over my hips. I know a lot of you are doing great as well. I just thank God everyday for this miracle he has blessed me with. 308/238/145

Congratulations! Sounds like you are doing wonderfully! I'm about to start out for my 6 mile walk this morning (5:30 am here), I'll remember your name in prayer! If you find time, please pray that no cars SMACK me while I'm walking.....haha.....sometimes I need smacking, just not with moving vehicles! Love, Katherine

Wow! That's wonderful. Don't you feel great going into summer being able to really live and move and enjoy life again? Hang onto those 16's....you'll need them in no time at all! Julie
