Shelly, I take the liquid sublingual vitamin B I got it at Wal Mart. You put it under your tongue for 30 seconds and then swallow it. It doesn't taste too great but easier on the pouch than swallowing a pill. Linda

I take a multi vitamin each day PLUS a sublinqual B12/Folic Acid/B6 pill that I get at Trader Joes. The sublinqual is the tiniest pill and is flavored cherry. You put it under your tongue and it instantly dissolves. Very easy, doesn't taste bad and not expensive either. The Calcium citrate I take are very large pills. I cut them in 1/2 before taking them then take 1/2 at a time until they are all swallowed. Definitely cut large pills in half. You can get a pill cutter at any drug store. Congrats on your weight loss. That is awesome. Mary

Hi Shelly - Congrats on the weight loss! Way to go. I get all of my vitamins online at www.vitalady.com. The vitamin B12 that I take is sublingual. It is a tiny pink "dot" that you stick under your tongue and let dissolve. It tastes good to me and it is 1000mcg (micrograms). How often do they want you to take the B12? I was taking mine every day, but the doctor said once a week was fine, so I take it every Sunday. I am a proximal RNY, so if you are distal, you could need them more often. I am not scheduled to get any blood wor****il I am one year post-op. I wonder why our doctors are so different?
