Got the blues......

Haven't taken the time to read emails.....my baby girl and grandson went home on Saturday and I have been literally sleeping since. Doc put me on some new nerve medicine for my panic attacks and I have slept almost 20 hours in the last 24, going off of them until I see him again....cannot function, got really scared Saturday, my blood pressure bottomed out several times and I felt like I could hardly move. I'm still at 233 lbs, so my weight loss in 3 months is still 41 pounds and minus 25 inches. Everything seems to be at a stand still lately and I'm battling a good case of the blues right now. I'll try to get up and move tomorrow ........... maybe that will improve my thinking. Pnuemonia is still hanging around, still exhausted and listless. If anyone has an extra prayer in their pocket, sure would love one said for me. Be well, everyone........I thank God for every one of you. Love, Katherine

Katherine, Sending you lots of positive thoughts and prayers. I hope you feel better emotionally and physically very soon. If your blood pressure went extremely low that could account for the feeling of being extremely tired etc. Are you on any blood pressure meds? Within 1 week of surgery, I was off all of my BP meds which I had been on for years. Getting up, getting dressed, getting outside always helps make me feel better. Hope you can do that today too. It must of been wonderful to have your daughter and grandson there with you. My family is all out of state so I appreciate each moment we get to spend together. Hugs, Mary

Katherine, prayer being said for you! I imagine it is a mixture of medicine, illness and missing your grandbaby and daughter. I hope your day looks better. Hugs, Debbie -52

Katherine, I'm praying for you and keeping you in my thoughts. I agree with the others, this is a combination of things and as soon as the docs get them figured out, you'll start to feel better quickly. When you talk to the docs make sure you tell them every little thing that's bothering you. Sometimes we leave out tiny details and it ends up being the one that is the last piece of the puzzle. Hoping you feel better soon, and you know we're here for you whether you feel good or not. Windy/Pat
