I've lost 50 lbs finally!!

Hi everyone! I had surgery on Feb. 25, 2004, and I've lost 50 lbs in 3 months! I'm so excited, because my clothes are much looser, and I'm actually getting compliments! For the first 8 weeks, I regretted this surgery, but now that I've gotten past the worst of it, I really am glad I had it. Rhonda, How exciting. You've joined the half century club. Congratulations. I'm so glad you don't regret the surgery now. I was lucky I didn't regret it a bit since surgery. I did have some regrets tho on the stress prior to surgery on my husband. But now they are just as excited as me that I had the surgery and I'm doing so well. CONGRATS! I was thinking today how I regretted it so much the first month. I was miserable. But I am SO happy now - I don't even want to THINK about how life would have turned out if I hadn't had the surgery. CONGRATS!!

Rhonda that is wonderful! I made that goal in the beginning and had to revise, especially since I knew I wouldn't make it. It would have drove me into depression. I changed my goal and I feel so much better. I did make the 50lb mark, but just a week or two past my 3 month anniversary. Keep up the good work. Debbie -51
