Can't eat today...
I just can't seem to eat anything today. Normally I do okay. I'm not a "big" eater by any means but I try hard to get my protein and water in every day. Today has been one of those days when nothing sounds good to me. I can't tell you how many times today I have gotten something to eat and then just sat there and looked at it. I tried some low fat thin sliced deli ham and I didn't even eat 1/2 an ounce and I threw up. That was this morning. Even now I just open the refrigerator and stand there a minute and then walk away. I don't want to make myself eat when I just don't feel like it but I don't know what to do. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have those times too. I found tho I can usually eat a protein bar, so have that always as a backup. I also like low fat small curd cottage cheese and slices of Tillamook cheese.
No matter what I get my fluids in for the day. I make a major effort to get the protein in whether I want it or not. If food is an issue at times for you, do you like any protein shakes? You could always have one of those in place of a meal.

I'm with you...some days nothing looks or sounds good enough to eat. I haven't ever vomited but I've been nauseated plenty of times. Just the thought of food made me feel sick. I know I have to get my fluids and protein though or I'll feel even worse.
I keep protein bars around for days when my protein intake isn't good enough. I may not like the idea of eating one of them but I at least found one kind that isn't too bad...I am a dark chocolate hater but found one bar that is devoid of that stuff coating the bar...brownie flavored. I can tolerate that one.
For fluid proteins, I love the taste of Arizona's No Carb blueberry flavor to drink and sip it without any problem. In a pinch, I can add protein powder to that without the taste becoming too obnoxious.

Oh I certainly have those days. Like today, I just don't want to look at an egg or any breakfast meat at all. I did have some yogurt and fruit. Ate my banana for my potasium. I think that lately I have been getting in about 60 grams of protein. I need to look for the flavorless protein to put in my juice in the morning. Good luck we need it. I am going to try to catch up at lunch.
