Water aerobics?

Hi everyone I live in the Smyrna, Ga area & wanted to know if anyone knows of a good place that offers water aerobics &/or just a comfortable setting for swimming? I really want to get into this since it is much easier on the joints & helps to tone as well. Any info is greatly appreciated God bless & best wishes to everyone. Angel

Angel, Call your local YMCA or YWCA, many of them offer water aerobics. Also it is a very popular form of exercise at most gyms that have pools. Hope you find one that works for you. Mary

Hi Angel....Mary is right. I would suggest you check your nearby YMCA or YWCA. You could also check to see if you have a League for Persons with Disabilities in your town. Those places seem more afordable than the gyms. I attend the League in MD and do any water aerobics because of my joint and back problems. It works out great for me. Take care! 359/300/165ish
