3 months and down 77lbs! Pictures added.

Hi! I just went in for my 3 months weigh in today. I have only lost 6 lbs since 3 weeks ago but I know why - CARBS. I'm still very pleased, no, amazed by my progress. WOW! 77 pounds in 3 months is awesome. Keep up the good work. As for the pic, when I presented my pic for my profile page, it automatically started showing up on my post. Your surgery date is a day later than mine and I have lost 59 pounds. Of course not as much as you but ANY LOSS IS BETTER THAN ANY GAIN. 359/300/165ish

That is a great picture and awesome loss! I'm addicted to carbs too. It is 9:10 am, and I haven't eaten yet. I can't think of anything protien I want, but boy would a piece of toast lathered with butter sound yummy. I guess I need to find some kind of protien. Sigh....... Debbie -46.5

congrats! wonderful wonderful! i went for my 3 month today and am down 52 pounds! I didn't post it here but have updated my profile. i am hoping to get a new picture up soon.

I noticed a week or too I only lost a couple of pounds too I had mine 3 months ago and have lost 67 pounds, I think some weeks it just wasn't meant to loose
