ACHHHHHHHOOOOOOOO!
Hi gang!
Been away lurking for awhile, just wanted to update while I can still breathe! (Pollen and mold allergies......I sound like a frog! Hehe)
I'm down -44 pounds and have become an excercise addict.....laughing here, it's true! I'm managed to walk with a friend five miles a day, 5 days a week, and water aerobics 5 times a week, also. Unfortunately, I prefer to walk outdoors and with all these allergies going wild, I'm fighting the sneezes constantly.
God bless you all!
Love,
Katherine
Good Morning Katherine!
Isn't exercise great? I sure am not as "advanced" as you are, but I enjoy what I can do on the treadmill. Well I enjoy it just after I force myself to drag my now sagging extra large butt onto the thing! But it feels so good now that I can!
As for the allergies... have you tried taking something for them? I use Allevert, the alternative to Claritin. Although its supposed to be the exact same drug, the Allevert works better than Claritin for me. Psychological? Probably so... but the Allevert is a LOT cheaper!
Enjoy your day

Hi Katherine We have the same surgery date and I'm also down 44 pounds! I am really enjoying exercising too. I never though that I would say that but it is true. If I can't get out to walk then I do an exercise video. I like working out with weights too. I'm sorry about your allergies. I don't have that problem but my kids do. I know it can be miserable. Hang in there. I hope your allergies calm down soon.
Linda
Sorry about the allergies. I know how you feel. I'm dropping eye drops twice a day and nasal spray too. I must commend you on your exercise regiment. I can't exercise like that, but i do water exercise atleast 4 times a week. Keep up the good work. Also, congrats on your weight loss.
Stay strong and keep doing whatever you're doing because it is obviously working.

Hi Katherine-
I've become an exercise junkie also! I water walk every day, lift weights at the gym 4 days a week, do a Richard Simmons tape every other day, and ride the reclining bike 5 days a week. Love it!
I do hope your alergies get better. That can be so miserable.
May God breathe on you, Rusty
