Can you beleive this?

Today I had my 3 month check up, we were going over my lab work, before surgery my total chol. was 325 and my trig. were 277. Now my total chol is 176 and my trig are 155. All my oher labs looked good too. I can't beleive how out of control my chol. was. I was a strike waiting to happen. I thank God every day for allowing me to have WLS. And by the way I was down 50.5 pounds, all is good here. kim

Kim, sounds like you are doing great. My family doc called me last evening saying all my bloodwork looked good with the exception of my uric acid, which was only a little high. I will get the "blow-by-blow" in 10 days when I go for the 3 month check-up.

There are so many good things that happen to us WLS sisters. Congratulations on your labs and the weight loss is awesome... all of the money, time, pain, and hard work is paying off. You deserve this happiness....Keep up the good work!!!! Dorothy

Way to Goooooooo! Congrats on your good news and on your 50.5 pound weight loss. That's great. It's funny how this wls can change so many things.
