First real true plateau
Okay...I think this is the real thing. I went back on fitday to check and I've been wrestling with the same 3 pound for 17 days and I'm getting so tired of it. And I'm really trying to do the right things...yesterday, I had 124 grams of protein, 27 carbs, and 97 oz. of water.
I keep trying to remind myself that my SIL did the same thing; lost 50 pounds in 3 months, went 2 months with no loss and then lost 35 more pounds the next month. I HOPE that happens to me as well.
