I'd say you've done pretty well if you've got 92 grams of protein in so far today; I was feeling good at 79 grams. Here's what my fitday looks like today and yesterday. Today: Total Calories: 702 Fat: 27 grams (35%) Saturated: 10 grams (13%) Carbs: 36 grams (19%) Fiber: 4 grams (0%) Protein: 79 grams (46%) Yesterday: Total Calories: 901 Fat: 61 grams (53%) Saturated: 12 grams Carbs: 39 grams (17%) Fiber: 1 gram (0%) Protein: 50 (22%) Hope this helps. Actually, these calories are kind of low for me; I'm generally between 950 - 1050 daily. I probably will be today too by the time I eat dinner. Julie
