It Finally Happened!
Well, I went to the doc's today for my 3 month check up. (7 days short). My doc's scale read a loss of 13 pounds. WOW! For over 2 weeks nothing showed up on my scale and then BANG! Off it came. I FEEL GREAT! That makes me want to 
and 
all night. 
And now for the total of 
59 pounds. My bmi has gone from being in the 50's to 48. Sure that's still up there, but THANK GOD its getting there.
