Girl, you will be in the 50lb club in a few days. Your body is going to drop those lbs. I can't think of anything you need to do, except up your protien. You are out drinking most of us in the water dept. Try drinking some milk. I have read that the calcium helps with weight loss. Debbie -45

Hey there Deb! Hope you had a great weekend! i wish i could drink milk but it gives me the sleepies really bad...i have tried whole, 1%, 2%, and skim....and i can't do it! I have always loved milk but can't drink it right now. My fat intake seems a little high to me, but i really don't know what the % is supposed to be at this time.

Kelly, you're doing great! The 18th is a whole week away and I find that a week can make a big difference. I can't give you advice on what to do different, cause you seem to be doing so well already. I can only tell you that I seemed "stuck" at about 45 lbs lost, then all of a sudden in a few days in dropped. Good luck and keep up the good work!
