50lbs gone!!

I finally hit a goal. I was 3 months on May 3rd and finally yesterday, May 9th I had met my first 50lb loss goal!! I am losing a bit slower then my peers and I was wondering if I'd ever get there. I do need to start exercising, I've just been so tired. I feel like I need the energy just to get some energy LOL I am also going to look into B complex and plan on doing a protein feast this week. yaaa!!! way to go Michelle!! Keep up the good work! Just remember....you'll feel more energized after you've been exercising for awhile. I know it takes energy to make energy. I feel as if I have to push myself to walk some days, but I have so much more energy once I do. I also feel so good about myself after I have walked. Woo Hoo! 50 lbs. SUPER!!! Congratulations. About the exercise, one day you'll just feel like doing it. Take advantage of the opportunity, cause the very next day you might not. LOL ... the urge to exercise is very fleeting!
