50lbs gone!!
I finally hit a goal.
I was 3 months on May 3rd and finally yesterday, May 9th I had met my first 50lb loss goal!! I am losing a bit slower then my peers and I was wondering if I'd ever get there. I do need to start exercising, I've just been so tired. I feel like I need the energy just to get some energy LOL I am also going to look into B complex and plan on doing a protein feast this week. Lots of shakes .
