50lbs gone!!
I finally hit a goal. I was 3 months on May 3rd and finally yesterday, May 9th I had met my first 50lb loss goal!! I am losing a bit slower then my peers and I was wondering if I'd ever get there. I do need to start exercising, I've just been so tired. I feel like I need the energy just to get some energy LOL I am also going to look into B complex and plan on doing a protein feast this week. Lots of shakes .

yaaa!!! way to go Michelle!! Keep up the good work! Just remember....you'll feel more energized after you've been exercising for awhile. I know it takes energy to make energy. I feel as if I have to push myself to walk some days, but I have so much more energy once I do. I also feel so good about myself after I have walked. I found out I am anemic so that contributes to my being so tired. Well have a good day!
