Skin Elasticity
I've heard all kinds of things . . . anywhere from Vitamin E to just making sure that you're getting enough water.
Right now, my belly is like pudding - its a trip - lol. But I think only time will tell. I know it's just going to take time for my skin to catch up with the weight loss . . . & as long as I'm exercising I know that I'm doing everything that I can do.
