Skin Elasticity

Hi All, Ok, how is the skin thing for everyone? Any suggestions regarding supplements or anything that might work or contribute to it your skin elasticity? My stomach and arms and inner thighs..........uugghhh!!!! Driving me crazy!!!! Tracie -63 lbs

I've heard all kinds of things . . . anywhere from Vitamin E to just making sure that you're getting enough water. Right now, my belly is like pudding - its a trip - lol. But I think only time will tell. I know it's just going to take time for my skin to catch up with the weight loss . . . & as long as I'm exercising I know that I'm doing everything that I can do. Tracie, Exercise and keeping the body hydrated are really the only things that I know that work. I'm like you, seeing the sagging in the same places. I try not to focus on it too much, just do what I can and remind myself how good I feel and how much healthier I am. Mary
