You are doing GREAT. I'm all set with exercise. We do quite a bit of walking now, I am riding my exercise bike daily and am headed back to the pool now too. My surgeon just released me at 8 weeks to start doing other things other than walking. So I am right on schedule with my progression. I enjoy the bike, the pool, and mall walking. Mary

LOLOLOLOL....I wasn't going to reply to this thread cause the title threw me off. BUT......since reading the others answers, I know I am not alone. I HATE EXERCISE!!!!!!!!! I DO! I REALLY DO!!!!!!! whewwwww....now that I got that off my chest, I feel better. Hey, can that be considered exercise? It raised my heart rate. Actually I have a small gym area in the back room that consists of a treadmill, a bike and weights. We use them sometimes but since the weather has gotten better, we've been doing more yard work than anything else. Could shoveling composted manure be exercise? How about digging? Hauling? Raking? Ok, ok, I like yard work. But if I call yard work exercise, I won't want to do it. So for now, between you and me, we'll call it yard work. Gotta trick the brain somehow. Joanne

Ok Joanne, we will call it yard work. My theory is that if it burns calories, moves our bodies, keeps us active then it is OK. Feel free to come do our yard any time. Mary

LOLOLOL...Girl, if I could get myfat lazy butt to CA, I'll do your yard work!!!!!!!! I love doing yard work cause in the end, you have something to show for it. I know you do when you exercise but it takes time before your body shows the results. Yard work is instantanious.

The last couple of weeks it has been 90 to 105 degrees. Some record highs for this time of year. Summer is extremely hot. I'm in the Los Angeles area.
