Wow! Good for you! I've lost 54 lbs in 11 1/2 weeks. I used to drag my feet if anyone suggested exercise...now I love it! I water walk for 45 minutes-1 hour every day, lift weights and ride a recombent bike...I feel GREAT! I haven't had this much energy in years! Once you force yourself to exercise for about 5-8 days straight, you'll feel strange when you miss a day. Honest! Cheers, Rusty
WOW, that is GREAT.
Focus on where you want to be in 2 months, 6 months etc. If you really need the snack because you are definitely hungry, be sure it is protein.
I use to hate exercise too UNTIL I found 2 that I really like. The exercise bike is easy and enjoyable for me and I love going to the pool too at my gym. So that along with walking is what I am doing now. It really makes a difference when you like the exercise.
