to walking around the lake!...lol...i started last week and have walked everyday since...its over 4 miles..i was so proud of myself!
maybe this will help me move past -48 pds. im ready!

Ohhh, I'm so jealous. I can't wait until vacation, when I can
walk around our lake every day. That would sure beat
walking our mall. Enjoy, I'll try to walk vicarously through you.
