Elina, I don't have a list of protien foods, as I don't count my protien. I know I should, but I feel like I get it. I do one protien drink in the mornings (well, when I can find time) and I don't have any problems eating meat. I have just started getting my 64 oz. of water in now, and I put fresh lemon and splenda in it. It taste so good. I drank plain water for most of yesterday, so that is getting better too. I think you are doing fantastic with your loss. That is a lot of weight for 2 months. I'll be 3 months out on the 5th of May, and I'm not any where near that in loss, and I think I'm doing an average loss. Hang in there it get's easier everyday. Hugs, Debbie -41

Elina, You are doing GREAT. I'm down 26 lbs since surgery (2/25/04) and 76 lbs since last year. If you go to fitday.com, it is a free site. You can search on all kinds of foods to see the protein content of them. Also there are many good books (pocket size) available at the book stores that would give protein listings. Package foods will list protein counts on the labels too. I got a great one that will fit in my purse for $3.99. It is called The Pocket Protein Counter by Annette B Natow and Jo-Ann Heslin. It list the calories, carbs, fat and protein counts for over 1800 foods. Mary

PROTEIN BARS is what saves me. I am allowed to have the advantage bars. They are really good. most have about 23-26 grams of protein in them. Good luck... And drink more water & sugar free popscills
