I know we all talk about weight loss since our surgery (and yes, you can list that), but what other things have you seen as accomplishments since your surgery? 1. Weight loss --- 75.7 lbs total (25.7 since surgery) 2. No more blood pressure meds and I've taken them for years 3. Wearing my first pair of jeans in 17 years!!!! So wonderful 4. Being able to sit at a booth in a restaurant. 5. More energy and looking forward to walking or exercising How about you????

i am 8 weeks out and down 41 pounds. my accomplishments in the last 8 weeks. 1. being able to continue working my full and part time job and now only needing 6 hours of sleep instead of 9 or 10. 2. waking up feeling energized, able to exercise and ready for the day. 3. being in pants two sizes smaller and about ready to hit 3 sizes down. 4. crossing my legs when sitting and being comfortable. 5. sitting in a booth at a restaurant and not feeling squished. 6. having more attention from the fellas 7. going out to eat with friends/family and it does not bother me to pass on the salad/food bar and order from the menu. i am sure there are more but this is the top of the list!

Doctor wants me down about 90 lbs total and then she will reschedule a sleep study for me. Can't wait to give up my CPAP. I know there is no guarantee, but am very hopeful that I can give it up too.
