I just wanted to check in and see how you people are doing. I'm getting in nearly all of my 64 oz. I do better some days. I have started putting fresh squeezed lemon in my water and one packet of splenda, and I tolerate it really well. I love the Crysta light Sunrise, but it gives me terrible headaches, so I'm alternating between the two during the day. I have started my protien drinks for breakfast again. I just hate them, but choke it down. I walked nearly 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday. I'm going to stay on it for however long it takes to burn 300 calories. My SIL said she used that to motivate her. I would love to be able to walk every night, but my children's activities make it almost impossible. Excuse's, excuse's, excuse's.... right? LOL Let me know how everyone is doing. Debbie -38.5

I'm feeling great. Fluids .. .yep, 64 oz or more a day (99% of the time) Protein... yep, 75 grams a day which is my minimum per my doctor. They want me between 75 and 125 grams. Haven't done protein drinks this last week and seem to be OK with the grams needed so far. Exercise ... minimum of 1/2 hour walking a day. As of tomorrow I will start riding my exercise bike again and also can go back to the pool. YEAH. Surgeon said I could not do them until 2 months post-op. Today is my 2 month marker. Mary -25 lbs since surgery -75 lbs since last year.

Hi Debbie: I've been struggling with the water this week. I think I'm averaging about 50 oz a day. I'm trying to fix that. Doing a little better on the excersize, got a new pedometer. I'm shocked at how little walking I do in a day, I thought it would be more than it is, so I'm setting a goal of 9,000 steps a day. Keep on losing, EIleen

HOw many steps did you take? I don't think I take that many at all. I walked on the treadmill again, and did my 64 oz. I will admitt that I have had calcium pills left over a couple of days this week. I don't know what happens. I put 4 calcium tablets in my medicine holder for each day. My vitamin won't fit in there, so I sit my bottle on the counter, and then put it back once I have taken it. (mind games LOL) I think my problem is taking my synthroid first thing in the morning, and then I get busy, and have trouble spacing the calcium and vitamins apart. I need to go get two calcium right now... Debbie -39@ 11 weeks today

Hi Debbie: I take about 3200 steps on an average work day, I realized it doesn't take much to double it or even triple it with some effort and time. Now I just have to find a way to get the effort and time on board. Eileen

YOu are doing a great job of getting the weight off, even without the exercise. You must be younger than me. LOL I find younger people and people who had more to loose than me get it off faster. I really don't think you will conk out, and I'm not sure how many calories we should be getting in at this point. I don't count. I just eat until I'm full. Debbie -39
